Cancellation Policy

JETFINITY, Inc. is committed to delivering the highest quality product backed with excellent customer service. The cancellation policies below allow us to ensure that your orders are always complete and delivered on time while also allowing us to adhere with the Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) guidelines for food safety and handling. By using our web site, or placing and order with us via phone, fax or email you consent to JETFINITY, Inc.'s cancellation policy as explained below.

Four Hour Notice

This pertains to all cold food items, beverages and other goods that we carry in-stock in our regular inventory. If an item is in-stock and not one that has been specially ordered or requires preparation, you are allowed a four hour period before your requested delivery time to cancel without being charged.

Five Hour Notice

For any request that involves cooking and/or preparation, you are allowed a five hour period before your requested delivery time to cancel without being charged.

ASAP/Rush Orders

Any order placed with less than four hours notice will automatically be classified as an ASAP/Rush order and will be charged if canceled.  

Special Order Items

Any item that is not in-stock  and must be shopped for or purchased from a vendor specifically for your order.  You are allowed a twelve hour period before your requested delivery time to cancel without being charged. 

Recipe Requests

A cancellation notice of 12 hours from your requested delivery time is necessary on any recipe request. A minimum of four servings is required for a recipe request.
